Terms and Conditions
By booking or using services provided by Pearson Toronto Airport Taxi Limo, the client (“you”, “your”) agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Reservations & Payment
All reservations require valid credit card details to confirm.
Full prepayment is required prior to service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Chauffeurs do not process payments in the vehicle.
A payment receipt will be issued upon successful processing.
Pearson Toronto Airport Taxi Limo reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the payment method on file prior to service.
2. Taxes, Fees & Standard Charges
All services are subject to 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) as required by law, regardless of payment method.
Mandatory gratuity of 15%–20% applies to all Sedan, SUV, Stretch Limousine, Sprinter, and Transit Van services unless explicitly included in the base fare.
Cross-Border Toll Fees:
Buffalo Border: $15
Detroit Border: $25
Child Safety Seats (Infant, Toddler, Booster): $10 per seat
Meet & Greet Service (inside terminal with signage): $85
ETR 407 Charges are billed at current rates plus a $5 administration fee.
USA Toll Charges are billed at current rates plus a $5 administration fee.
3. Airport Authority Fees (Toronto Pearson – YYZ)
Airport authorities impose mandatory pickup fees:
Sedan / Minivan / SUV: $17.25
Stretch Limo / Sprinter / Transit Van (up to 12 seats): $31.05
Mini Bus (13–25 seats): $56.35
Coach / Limo Bus (26–40 passengers): $106.95
4. Waiting Time Policy
Airport pickups: First 60 minutes complimentary after flight landing.
Non-airport pickups: First 10 minutes complimentary.
Additional waiting time: $15 per 15-minute increment.
5. Additional Charges
The initial quote may not include:
- Additional or unscheduled stops
- Extended waiting time
- Extra service hours
- Route or destination changes
- Parking, tolls, or access fees
Extra Stop Fees:
Sedan: $20 + tax
SUV: $35 + tax
Sprinter / Transit Van (9–14 passengers): $50 + tax
Stretch Limousine (9–14 passengers): $50 + tax
6. Early Morning / Overnight Service
For pickups between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM, an early-morning service surcharge may apply due to overnight chauffeur scheduling and dispatch operations. Any such surcharge will be disclosed and confirmed prior to payment authorization.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Standard vehicles:
48+ hours’ notice: No charge
Less than 48 hours: 50% base fare + gratuity + tax
Less than 24 hours: Full charge applicable + gratuity + tax
Sprinters, Stretch Limos & Buses:
24+ hours: 25% non-refundable
12–24 hours: 50% fare + gratuity + tax
Less than 12 hours: 100% fare + gratuity + tax
No-shows: Charged 100% after 30 minutes if no contact is made.
Reservations booked more than 6 weeks in advance incur a $100 administration fee upon cancellation.
Payments are processed one day to 72+ hours prior to service.
Once a vehicle is dispatched, payments are non-refundable, except where Pearson Toronto Airport Taxi Limo fails to provide the contracted service without a reasonable substitute.
If a client uses an alternative transportation method (such as Uber or any other vehicle) after a booking has been confirmed, the full fare, including applicable taxes and fees, shall remain payable and no refund will be issued.
8. Credit Card Authorization
By submitting a booking, you authorize Pearson Toronto Airport Taxi Limo to charge the provided payment method for all agreed services, fees, and applicable charges. You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or user. Outstanding balances may be subject to collection or legal action.
9. Border Crossing Disclaimer
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary documentation for border crossings and for compliance with all applicable customs, immigration, and border authority regulations.
Pearson Toronto Airport Taxi Limo shall not be liable for any delays, denials, inspections, or other issues arising from the client’s failure to comply with border requirements.
If a client is denied entry, delayed, or otherwise prevented from completing a scheduled trip due to border-related issues, all charges for the trip, including fare, taxes, and fees, shall remain fully payable, and no refunds will be issued.
10. Hourly Service Radius
Hourly bookings must conclude within 5–20 km of the pickup municipality unless approved in advance. Additional charges may apply. Hourly time begins at the confirmed pickup time.
11. Lost & Found
Pearson Toronto Airport Taxi Limo is not responsible for items left in vehicles. Returned items may incur delivery or shipping fees.
12. Alcohol, Smoking & Illegal Substances
Smoking, illegal drugs, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund. Fines or damages will be charged to the client.
13. Luggage Capacity & Vehicle Assignment
Luggage limits are based on the booked vehicle type.
Excess or oversized luggage may require a larger vehicle and additional fees.
If a larger vehicle is dispatched due to availability, the originally booked vehicle may be used for return service.
14. Affiliate & Third-Party Chauffeur Disclosure
Pearson Toronto Airport Taxi Limo may, at its discretion, fulfill services using licensed affiliate or third-party chauffeurs operating under its authority and service standards.
All pricing, payments, gratuities, refunds, and contractual terms are strictly managed by Pearson Toronto Airport Taxi Limo.
Clients agree not to discuss pricing, payment terms, or service charges with affiliate or third-party chauffeurs.
Affiliate or third-party chauffeurs are strictly prohibited from discussing pricing or accepting payment directly from clients.
Any violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund and does not alter the client’s payment obligations. Pearson Toronto Airport Taxi Limo reserves the right to recover losses, damages, or costs arising from violations.
15. Damage, Cleaning & Illness
Clients are responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, or bodily fluid incidents. Cleaning and damage fees start at a minimum of $250, depending on severity, and may include loss of service revenue.
16. Rate Adjustments
Rates may change due to fuel costs, weather conditions, safety upgrades, or regulatory changes.
17. Food Policy
Food consumption is discouraged. Cleaning or damage fees may apply.
18. Animal & Pet Policy
Animals require prior approval. Service animals are permitted at no charge. Cleaning or damage fees may apply.
19. Service Delays, Vehicle Substitution & Force Majeure
In rare circumstances including but not limited to vehicle breakdowns, accidents, severe weather, airport restrictions, government actions, or other events beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure), Pearson Toronto Airport Taxi Limo may delay, substitute, or cancel service.
Vehicle substitutions may be made without prior consultation to ensure safety and continuity of service at no additional charge. Clients may decline service prior to commencement; once service begins, no refunds apply.
20. Conduct & Respect
Abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior toward chauffeurs or vehicles will result in immediate service termination without refund.
21. Affiliate & Third-Party Chauffeur Services
Pearson Toronto Airport Taxi Limo may fulfill reservations using affiliate or third-party licensed chauffeurs.
Affiliate and third-party chauffeurs are independent contractors and not employees of Pearson Toronto Airport Taxi Limo.
All pricing, billing, invoicing, gratuities, surcharges, and contractual terms are established exclusively by Pearson Toronto Airport Taxi Limo and are confidential.
Clients agree not to discuss pricing, rates, gratuities, or payment details with affiliate or third-party chauffeurs.
Any attempt to alter, bypass, or dispute pricing outside official communication channels is considered a material breach of service terms.
All financial matters, service adjustments, or disputes must be directed solely to Pearson Toronto Airport Taxi Limo’s customer support or management team.
Any violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund and does not alter the client’s payment obligations.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. spam detection service.
